Delete your SnapPaid account

To request deletion of your SnapPaid account and associated data, email delete@snappaid.app from the address linked to your account, or in the app go to Profile → Delete account.

What gets deleted

• Your account
• Profile
• Invoices
• Job records
• Proof records
• Client contacts
• Push tokens

What may be retained

Records we're legally required to keep (e.g. transaction/tax records) for up to 90 days, after which they are permanently deleted.
