Delete Your Account
Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Option 1 — In the app
Open SnapPaid → Profile → Delete account → type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is instant.
Option 2 — By email
Email snappaidapp@gmail.com from your account's email, subject "Account deletion request". Processed within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Account & sign-in identity
- Payment handles (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle)
- Clients & jobs
- Invoices
- Proof photos & videos, including stored files
- Device push tokens
- Ratings
Note: Money you already received lives in your own payment apps (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle) and is not affected.
